Vintage Maltese Cross Red Center Stone And Blackstones Benedikt NY Maltese Cros

Gorgeous vintage Benedikt NY iconic maltese cross brooch. The outer edges are in the form of crowns, each with a hematite stone and red rhinestones. In the center is a ruby red rhinestone with clear baguette spikes. The brooch also has a hook, so that it can be worn as a pendant. MCM, made by Howard Benedikt between 1955 and 1963. Measutements – 2 inches by 2 inches. Markings – Benedikt NY. Condition – good condition with all stones present the gold is chipping off of one of a prongs and is rough to the touch.
