SWEETHEART BROOCH in Mizpah style. Clear hallmark for Joseph Richard Eaves of Birmingham. Beautiful WWI. has JRE on the left side and J.R.E. This maker appears to have been a prolific "sweetheart" brooch manufacturer from the very end of the 19th C to the late 1910's.
