Just over 3 feet long. From early 1990s. Marked Made in USA. Leather tie is loose from metal and will not pull through the attached side. I do not know if the metal portion is repairable...I have not tried. Clasps would likely loosen with pliers. It does rotate *slightly*. I *think* it's an easy fix, but I'm not certain. There is a white circle on the stone. SEE LAST PHOTO. Unsure if this is damage to polish but it feels smooth. Not Scratched.
