Vintage heart souvenir pendant charm with a traditional Dutch windmill scene painted in blue on a white ground. The frame is stamped "835" on the back of the hanging loop, for .835 silver. There is some crazing in the glaze, and the frame is in good vintage shape, with tarnish, patina, and a ding or two. Hanging length is approximately 22mm, width at the widest part of the heart around 17mm. It weighs 2.28 grams.
