I'm not sure what type of horn these are made from. The beads are fairly large and thick, so I'm assuming it's likely bovine. The larger, olive-shaped oval beads are really lovely in color. At first, they appear to be a root beer brown color, but upon closer inspection, you can see a red tint, more like a cherry cola, or dark cherry amber.
