The glass tear drop shaped blue stones on the outer edge are the bluest of blue with the small round ruby red stones dotted between. That frame sets a magnificent scene for the Montana blue tear drops, peridot shaded rounds, red marquises, and the show stopping center orange chaton for the center. It is signed on the back.
