Vintage Early 1900’s Silver Ring Monogram “A” and Sweater/Lapel Pin “A,Z”

Vintage Early 1900's Silver Ring Monogram "A" and Sweater/Lapel Pin "A,Z" This belonged to my Great Aunt who passed away in the mid 1980's. I believe it was from when she was a teenager because there was another ring with these that has a date of 1918 on it. That is also up for sale right now. I'm only guessing on the size of 4, it is very small. Im about 210lb male and it will not fit past my pinker knuckle. I believe it is actual sterling silver but I don't see any markings.
