While carrying the vintage 'Bijoux Terner USA' card, this specific high-quality era was structurally manufactured by the legendary DeLizza & Elster (the house behind Juliana D&E Jewelry). These were acquired as old stock (unused) from a store that closed in the late 80s. The owner sold high end Jewelry, Runway Jewelry, and D&E Jewelry .
