Thank you for viewing this beautiful vintage 1940's palladium diamond engagement ring. The ring contains a center diamond that is an old European cut which weights approximately .50 carats. The diamond quality is approximately a J color and I1 clarity. There are an additional 6 single cut diamonds that run along the sides of the ring that weight approximately .05 carats. The average grade of those diamond is H /VS. The ring size is 4.75. The weight of the ring is 1.4 grams. The ring comes with an attractive ring gift box. An important thing to mention regarding condition descriptions of antique and vintage jewelry is its judgement criteria which is very different than that applied to modern jewelry. The expectation for modern jewelry classified as being in "excellent' condition is an item that is possibly high polished and in close to new condition.
