TypeDress Clip

1 3/4" wide real carved deco design early Bakelite type plastic dress clip. To give you an idea of the age, click to the picture to see the backs. it is the standard back that was used for dress clips during this time period (1920s). They came from an old beauty supply store where, from what we can tell, they were stuffed away when the Great Depression hit in 1929 amazing find! 1.75 x .5 inch wide (roughtly at the widest) (Inventory #T19-66) **Any questions about this item, please ask :) ** ** We do combine shipping - if wanting a quote - just ask :) ** *We offer local pick-up (we have a storefront in Fairbanks, Alaska) - Please let us know before payment is made* Don't forget to check out our other items! We have LOTS of vintage items, Alaska souvenirs, collectibles, novelties and much more listed in our store !! SHIPPING NOTE:We offer 1 day handling, meaning we mail items within 24 hours of purchase (except on weekends and non mailing holidays of course) , but seeing how we are in North Pole Alaska, items may take 3-5 days longer to arrive at the destination than what eBay's notice quotes. They no longer process mail in Alaska, so an item I mail here takes 1to get from North Pole to Anchorage, then usually 1 day to be flown to a processing center (we've been told by postal employee that it's in Denver Colorado), then 1 day to get sorted. So there's a lag time of 3 days in there that eBay does not take into consideration for Sellers that are in Alaska. So please keep that in mind when buying from us to add those extra travel days to the expected arrival time that eBay sends you. Thank You! **International Buyers** – Please Note: Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying. These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up – do not confuse them for additional shipping charges. We do not mark merchandise values below value or mark items as "gifts" - US and International government regulations prohibit such behavior. **special note on arrival times** International mail has taken anywhere from 7 days to a month to arrive, (item can be held up in customs or at anywhere along the line) this is just how the postal system works, we mail things out the next day after the item is paid for and hopefully that helps in getting the item to you as fast as the postal system can get it there. ***Please Note: The photos are taken on a measuring mat or next to a ruler for sizing. Some start at the 1 inch mark on both top and bottom (the gird does not have markings on the outside so we have to move it up an inch so you can see the numbers)... you just have to count over by inches to see the exact dimensions of the patch on the grid - any questions please ask. *** note on international sales on jan 21 2018 the USPS changed their mailing rules and i can no longer mail international using anything other than package rates, which are triple what flat/env letter rates are, unfortunately i have to change all my rates to package rates now to keep my standing with USPS and ebay
