The sterling silver encasement/setting does have some tarnishing and scratches. There is a makers stamp on back, with 925 mostly legible, but the makers name is not legible. The black gemstone may be obsidian, but I do not know for sure. There are scratches and imperfections on the gemstone face. Pendant only as shown, no necklace. Measures approximately 11/16” round, and 3/16” thick, with a loop on top for a necklace. Penny is shown for size comparison (not included).
