Great vintage Alexaner Korda Thief of Baghdad on flying carpet brooch in silvertone metal with pastel enameling. I love the popped out dimensional design and the whimsical look on the thief's face. Very nice vintage condition -- it shows much less wear to the enamel paint than most of these Thief of Baghdad brooches I've seen. There is some loss to the silvertone finish here and there showing as dark spots. He measures 2 3/4" wide and 1 1/2" high and is marked faintly on back "Thief of Baghdad Korda' and looks like it has some numbers or initials -- hard to see.Hard to find and beautiful!
