A fabulous antique Victorian solid 15k gold ruby and diamond five-stone ring, hallmarks for Chester 1892. This beautiful antique Victorian solid 15k yellow gold five gemstone ring has a gently graduating band with a lovely central faceted oval-round pinkish red natural unheated earth-mined ruby with a sparkling Old Rose cut natural earth-mined diamond either side and two further pinkish red natural earth-mined rubies on the ends, the shoulders have pretty little carved scrolling decorations, the ring with a classic band-a gorgeous Victorian everyday ring! The ring has English hallmarks inside the band with the Chester town mark, '15 .625' for 15k gold and date letter 'I' for 1892. The ring tests for at least 14k gold. The ring is approximately (just over) a 5 3/4. The ring measures approximately 12mm across the stones.
