Vintage 1/20 12K Shell Cameo Brooch / Pendant - 1.5 inch long without the decorative chain. This graceful mid-century cameo features a hand-carved shell portrait of a classical lady against a warm coral background with floral accents. The frame is marked 1/20 12K GF, with a softly gleaming rope-twist edge this beautiful brooch. I am not an antiques expert so this is based off my own research. Please refer to the pictures.
