I'm not exactly sure of their use, I'm stumped, hopefully you know. These little bars are 1" wide. They open by slipping bottom to the side (see last photo). Marked on the back with 1/10 and a 5 point star with a 3 in the center. You can see in the photo engraved with the initials L E D. Tiny delicate, shipped in the old box I found these in.
