BIG LOT 4 VINTAGE STATEMENT NECKLACES 1970s-1980s-1990s WOOD/METAL/GLASS

Here I have four cool statement necklaces. All are vintage. All are in great shape with no issues at all. 1. Inlaid wood, lots of different shades and finishes plus some brass accent beads. I love this. It's so warm and classy, very 1970s. Little barrel screw clasp typical of the period, works fine. The different textures really make this. It measures 25 1/2". 2. Silver tone metal necklace by Avon, probably 1990s, marked. 27" long. Spring-loaded clasp. Pendant is 2 3/8" across and 4" long including the bail, to the bottom of the pearl accent. This is a nice heavy piece, very well made. 3. A gold metal beaded chain, very intricate, with big cream colored frosty plastic beads. It's a lariat type necklace, no closure--you "tie" it like a scarf. The two ends have little amber-gold clear faceted bead tassels. I'd guess this is from the 70s-80s period. The chain, beads and bead caps very closely resemble some 1960s costume pieces of my grandmother's, but the beads are plastic instead of heavy glass, the color palette is more 80s (cream instead of dark amber/green), as is the gold metal (instead of dark brass), and it's bigger--also an 80s trait. 4. My favorite--a 1990s glass necklace with delicate looking elongated metal links. These glass pieces are heavy, luminous and beautiful and the links are rosy gold colored. I love the carnelian colored ones especially, but the amber and smoky colored ones coordinate so well, and then there are those accent beads which mimic purple sunstone with all the little sparkles! Note the closeups. The different shapes of the beads are beautiful too. Again, this is a really well made piece, with weight to it. Length: 58"! No closure, you just put it over your head and loop it as many times as you want, or wear it long like a flapper necklace. This reminds me of the sort of thing companies like Banana Republic and J. Jill used to make in the 1990s, really good quality costume jewelry. I have an average 5 business day handling time. I generally list new items daily.
