For sale is an authentic antique hand carved shell cameo brooch from the Art Deco period, circa 1920. It is a carving of Jesus. The shell is in beautiful condition with no chips or cracks. I took this piece to an appraiser and watched her test it. There are 2 bands around the shell. The outer band is sterling and the inner band is 10k gold. The brooch is approximately 2” long and 1.75” wide and it weighs 12 grams. It is a stunning piece.
