100% genuine/vintage/antique and is not a modern day reproduction. Has not been cleaned or polished. No cracks or broken pieces. Features a genuine hand carved shell cameo which is a light grey & white in color. Silver tone chain/necklace with two faceted red rhinestones. Measures approx 19 inches long from one end of the clasp to the other when the chain is fully extended. Cameo measures approximately 23mm tall and 18mm from side to side.
