Amethyst stone with 16 diamonds ladies gold ring about size 8 or just a bit undersized 8 .The total weight is 26 grams, and the huge stone size is about 21.7mmx 25mm on top .Marked 14k .This was tested at jewel store test for real diamonds and natural amethyst stone.
