A vintage layer wavy look to the set Aurora Borealis rhinestones around the border, a large prong set cobalt blue glass center. It's hard to believe the maker didn't sign this one. See the photos for the measurements. I found one with the same large cobalt blue stone and prongs dating to the 1950's, but that one was unsigned too. Thanks for looking!
