A wonderful antique Victorian Etruscan revival solid 15k gold diamond floral brooch or pin. This beautiful Victorian Etruscan solid 15k yellow gold pin has a wonderful look with a circular center with two wide gold bars coming off it with three leaves on each end, the circle centered with a sparkling old rose cut earth mined natural diamond set in a starburst setting with rope twist and rope bead surrounds, the bars with very pretty long flowers made of tiny gold beads with leaves and blossoms throughout, the bars edged with further gold beads-lovely! The reverse has a silver pin, c clasp and attached bail for hanging the pin as a pendant. The pendant is stamped ’15CT’ and tests for 15k gold. The pin measures approximately 42mm x 7mm. The diamond measures about 1mm across. The pin weighs approximately 2.9 grams. The pin is in excellent condition with light general wear. The hinge is strong and works well. This puffed oval locket has an eight pointed star on one side and a reverse enhanced with a hand engraving of a lily or crocus. Made in Birmingham, England in 1886 by Adie & Lovekin.
