Vintage Sarah Coventry Ring Sterling Silver Teal Turquoise Blue Stone Adjustable

Up for bid is a vintage ring found at a local estate sale. Marked Sterling and Sarah Cov on inside of the band. The ring is adjustable, but measures about a size 6 as shown in the photos. I think the cut of the teal gem is an emerald cut. I don’t know if the gem is glass or a real gem. Some very tiny nicks, but still looks good. Overall good condition.
