Antique Statement Cocktail Ring Faux Malachite Parks Bros & Rogers C. 1915-31
Fantastic old costume ring, featuring a large faux malachite stone and four pink rhinestones, set in a heavy scrollwork caste metal setting. Due to the setting and style I would place this in the latter part of Parks Bros. & Rogers of Rhode Island’s manufacturing ( late 20’s-early 30’s). It could, however, very well be from as early as 1915, which was when the company began production. *** Shows age appropriate wear (loss of gilt finish). Stones are all original and present. Currently sized at about 9.75. It could be gently adjusted to a smaller size if you are careful. It’s been set this size for a long time!
