This appears to be a handmade piece. The rollover part of the pin is missing so I tightened it enough that it stays closed. It can also be used as pendant by inserted a chain under the pin. It is 2 1/2 by about 1 inches weighs 9 grams. It is in excellent condition except above info. The bezel for the blue stone is brass except the prongs which look like silver.
