I bought this in the 1980s during the exhibition. It’s based on a work by Magritte. I love the composition of the pin and the fanciful subject. The pin is in preowned condition with no major scratches, it is clean, and the pin back is straight and closes in place (as can be seen in the pictures).

Brooch is signed on the back. Clip-on earrings are not signed. No cracks, breaks or repairs to the fronts. On the back of the brooch, there are two very small flakes on the corners which cannot be seen from the front, and may have occurred when the piece was made.
