Vintage Austria Forbidden Fruit Frosted Glass Double Peach Brooch

This brooch features amberine or jonquil-yellow molded art glass fruit with a distinctive multi-toned or iridescent finish. The leaves are crafted from vibrant olive-green glass navette rhinestones. The components are prong-set onto a distinctive black japanned metal branch backing typical of post-WWII Austrian costume jewelry. This piece is in great condition and is a rare find.

Vtg 90s Avon Italy Peach Pink Grape Lucite Cluster Pin Brooch Box New Brooch was sealed in a plastic bag with a source/make sticker from Avon Italy. The bag was opened to take photos. However, I have since lost the bag as seen in last photo. I do have two more of this same brooch in a sealed clear bag with Avon maker sticker. I treated this necklace in a gentle vinegar bath as the metal on these types of pieces are very prone to verdigris. A few areas on this piece were affected.
