Vintage 1950-1970 Richelieu Faux Pearl Bracelet
The brand specialized almost exclusively in high-end simulated pearls, which became world-renowned for their exceptional, deep iridescent luster. Unlike cheap plastic alternatives, mid-century Richelieu pearls used solid glass or mother-of-pearl cores coated in multiple layers of premium organic nacre lacquer. This bracelet has a combination of faux pearls, faux gold beads and clear lucite glass beads. Pearls are a cream color.
