These are a “Quirky” One of a Kind Porcelain Enamel Earrings of a Woman’s Face with fun blue hair, very Kitchy and Artistic. They measures 1 3/4 inches and on the back it says “Signature Gallery”. They look to be brand new and never worn, but the glue on the back of the earrings has yellowed with age. Each earring has a fun spiral wire design, hanging as the woman’s earring.
