This very elegant, handmade 925 sterling silver crystal opal pin brooch is absolutely beautiful. This intricately designed antique pin features a very vibrant natural oval cabochon cut crystal opal, vividly glowing with all the beautiful colors of the rainbow. The unique bursts of orange and red radiates in this colorful gem. The gemstone was bezel set, by hand in a lovely pin mounting, with a decorative hand crafted design hand soldered around the head. The pin on the back is thick and strong and the handmade mechanism, which was first invented in the early 1900’s, is in perfect working order.
