The necklace secures with an antique pierced decorated, rectangular shaped push fit clasp; amalgamating antique and vintage elements to produce single item of jewelry was common practice in the 1910’s. The antique 1910’s clasp is ornamented with a stunning central collet set 0.66ct round faceted cut green sapphire, flanked with two impressive pavé set Old European round cut diamonds totalling 0.88ct. The stunning clasp has been independently tested using state of the art technology (Niton XL2 Analyzer) and verified as 12 carat gold. This impressive single strand pearl necklace and clasp is supplied with an IDGL diamond and gemstone grading report card.
