Vintage Native American Style Sterling Silver Turquoise Ring No Marks Size 5-1/4

This ring is from an estate in the Midwest. It measures about 1-3/8” long, almost 1/2” wide and weighs 3.7 grams. The size is 5-1/4. We’ve had it for a while and I’ve always thought it was authentic Native American but we just don’t know. We’ve had other pieces like this that seem authentic but we have no way of knowing for sure. It is made of sterling silver and real turquoise stones. Two of the stones are rough on one end but it seems that might be their original condition. If you’d like more info or photos, let us know.
