It's a Dichroic Glass Lampwork Brooch made of Fused Glass, made to look like an Openwork square tile, with a Metallic Cobalt Blue "Frame"Outline and iridescent blue, pink, green square pattern all over the brooch, the pattern changes its color depending on the angle you look at it from. Geometric structure of the whole piece and a square shape makes it look like a frame for an abstract modernist painting made in some cosmic metallic colors. Conversation starter for sure!
